The Hamilton Beach 3-in-1 Grill/Griddle has two reversible cooking plates that are griddle-smooth on one side and ridged for grilling on the other.
It gives you the versatility to cook 3 ways. Just flip and combine the plates to make a full grill, full griddle or a half grill and half griddle at the same time. Cook a full breakfast of pancakes, sausage and eggs on the griddle, grill burgers for lunch while toasting buns on the griddle side, or grill steak and vegetables for a low-carb dinner. The grill has plenty of power with 1400 watts and two separate cooking zones, each with its own independent controls.
